Review of Wiltshire Eating Disorder Outpatient Service
11th May 2024

I can't praise my experience with the service enough; I was treated with utmost respect, empathy, and kindness from day one. I am acutely aware of the resourcing challenges facing all NHS services at the moment (and the impact that unfortunately has on patient care in many cases) but the team's evident dedication and expertise meant that the care I received was nothing short of excellent throughout. The service both saved and changed my life, and I could not be more grateful - the team are truly a credit to the profession.

Review of Melksham CAMHS
10th May 2024

My son has been receiving intense Psychotherapy for the past 2 years, he has formed a very close bind with his therapist and he has relied on her guidance and support very heavily. Rachel always makes herself available in times of crisis out side of his scheduled appointments.

Suggested improvements
Not put a limit on how many sessions patients are to receive, it should be available until its no longer needed and not till the limit has been reached.

Review of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / ME Service
10th May 2024

Very thorough, invaluable service. Frequent one to ones. Plus groups. Rebecca Spilsbury is kind, understanding, knowledgeable, approachable. Never rushes an appointment. Gives me plenty of time to speak. Listens attentively.

Suggested improvements
Provide patients with a list of all available workshops/groups, so we can decide with our assigned HCP which we will see. Rather than finding out about them ad hoc. Increased admin staff. GP letters seem to take a long time to get through. And HCPs seem to have to book in all of their own appointments.
